Overlooking Camden Harbor and Penobscot Bay, the design is an organic radial axis inspired by the natural ledge outcropping that the house rests on while providing sweeping views. The main living spaces, including the primary suite, are on the upper level, giving clear, unobstructed, easterly views to the harbor. The lower level provides both privacy and views for guest and office space. Curved sections of the house are clad in flat seam copper. A residential elevator provides convenient vertical access to the main living level and accommodates future accessibility needs.
