Bay House

Once the site of a modest waterfront home, this project looks toward the entrance of Camden Harbor. Using traditional forms and materials with modern interpretations, view, natural lighting and ventilation are maximized. The arrangement of space and volumes are a direct response to program requests and a challenging site. Sweeping views of the harbor and the islands beyond are a focal point of all living spaces. Clean interior finishes provide an unassuming backdrop to a diverse and ever-evolving art collection.
